Christie Makes New Appeal for a 10% Income Tax Cut

New Jersey Gov Chris Christie calls a special session of the Legislature to argue his case for a 10 percent income tax cut, saying the state's economy depends on it; some Democrats suspect that Christie's request is more about his hopes to be the Republican vice-presidential nominee than any genuine concerns for the state.
