LEAD: Diagnostek Inc., a small company that operates diagnostic imaging centers, said it had acquired Health Care Services Inc., one of the nation's largest mail service pharmacies. Health Care Services, based in Bala-Cynwyd, Pa., had been privately owned and family managed. The company earned about $1 million on $53 million in sales in the year ended March 31, 1987.

LEAD: The IU International Corporation disclosed today that it had paid $14.5 million in fees and expenses to a management group led by the Dean Witter Capital Corporation after the group's $21.50-a-share tender offer was terminated. The $650 million Dean Witter Capital offer was ended after the IU board withdrew its recommendation that shareholders tender their shares to the group, because of a $22-a-share bid by Neoax Inc.

GEC Plessey Telecommunications will dominate the industry in Britain and will supply products to government and commercial customers globally, they said.

LEAD: Peugeot Motors of America Inc. said it was offering $3,000 toward the purchase of a new car to those who trade in Peugeot models that they have owned for at least four months. The company said the offer was intended to increase the resale value of its cars, whose prices have been raised as a result of the weakening of the dollar.
