Holders of Kaiser Aluminum stock automatically have become holders of the new company, and Kaiser Aluminum will continue as the operating company with current management in place.

LEAD: Texas Partners, an investment group with ties to the wealthy Bass family of Fort Worth, has purchased a 5.4 percent stake in the Wilson Foods Corporation. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group said that it had bought the shares of the Oklahoma City-based meatpacker for investment purposes only.
