NLRB rules that employes of NY Times represented by Typographical Union Local 6 are entitled to prepare some ad copy so that it can be handled by computer; determination was made in case resulting from charges filed by Times alleging that Local 6 violated Taft Hartly law by activities aimed at forcing newspaper to continue to assign certain work to employes represented by Local 6 rather than to employes represented by Local 3 of Newspaper Guild (S)
