Civil rights attys, confronted with challenge by NJ farmers to right of newsmen to photograph migrant labor camps, announce on June 27 plans to take legal steps to clarify issue; 30 NJ farmers attend hearing in municipal courtroom in Mullica Hill (NJ), in which farmer S A Sorbello has charged 4 visitors with trespassing on his farm on May 15 and taking pictures of him and camp he maintained for Puerto Rican migrant workers; arrested on trespassing charges are D Jones, R Narvaez, S M Freedman and R Durell; Legal Services Agency atty A J Rom says he will seek temporary restraining order barring state from advising farmers that they may use trespass law to prohibit access to farmers' camps; says he will file class action suit against Sorbello and NJ police for malicious prosecution and for confiscation of property without due process of law; claims he will seek damages for 4 defendants; Sorbello contends that '71 NJ Sup Ct ruling did not specify that newsmen visiting camp might take pictures; contends that strangers entering upon his property to take pictures violate his privacy; Rom retorts that photography is essential part of newspaper and was implicitly included when Sup Ct gave newsmen access to migrant camps
