Roberto Baggio (d. 18 Şubat 1967, Caldogno) 1990'larda oynadığı dönemin en başarılı orta saha ve forvet oyuncularından biri olarak kabul edilen İtalyan futbolcudur.

Birçok maçta takımı tek başına sürükleyen ve finale kadar çıkaran Baggio, finalde Brezilya karşısında penaltılara kalan maçta kullandığı penaltıyı dışarı atarak kupanın unutulmaz anlarından birinde yer almıştır. Ayrıca çeşitli reklam filmlerinde rol almıştır.
