Greek Govt has drafted 7-point 'code of ethics' for reporters and foreign correspondents under which journalists who fail to heed 'Hellenic-Christian traditions' could be suspended from working; draft would require both Greek and foreign reporters to serve interest of people and nation, would prohibit journalists from reptg information 'if its publication can harm public interest', and would empower council to impose penalties ranging from reprimand to fine of $1,000 and from temporary suspension to life-long ouster; draft, now before Consultative Com on Legis, has provoked anger among journalists
